At the Copart auction for nearly 40 thousand dollars (to be more precise, for 39 $ 750) sold the car Ferrari 512 BB 1983 model year. In principle, this is a normal price for such a model, if not one “but” — it is almost completely destroyed by fire.

This Ferrari 512 BB looks like it cannot be recovered. Easier for the same money to buy another classic car. However, some motorist have their own plans for him. Well, maybe some handyman will be able to do something with this machine.

We don’t know why fired up Ferrari 512 BB. Judging by the photos, the fire started or in the engine compartment or in the cabin. In any case, the fire completely destroyed the engine and turned the salon into a “porridge” made of metal, plastic and rubber.

Generally, the auction of the damaged cars are bought in order to then disassemble them for parts. But not in this case, we’re sure of that.
