“The number of divorces during this time decreased by 70%. In 2019 for the first three weeks of April, there were more than 2.7 thousand registrations of divorce, this year – 70% less,” – said “Interfax” in press-service.
According to the interlocutor of the Agency, from 1 to 19 April in wedding palaces and departments the registry office, there were more than 2.5 thousand applications, but about 30% of newlyweds prefer to postpone the wedding for a later date.
“Residents have become more responsible to meet any request of the leadership of the office of the Registrar and try to transfer the registration of marriage in the summer and autumn. This provides a convenient algorithm without personal visit to the registry office. You just need to complete the Declaration of transfer date and send to our mail. Again stamp duty will not have to pay”, – noted in press service.
“In the first week after Easter, on the eve of the red hill, it is planned to register about 2.5 thousand pairs. But with these dates, the couple is also gradually moving their registration to a more secure time.
