It is assumed that it may be called Orangina in honor of fizzy drink.
Vice President of Android and Chrome OS-Hiroshi Lockheimer published a picture in which hinted at the final version of the name Android operating system 8.0. It is expected that the OS will be named in honor of the fizzy drink Orangina.
It is known that recently there were many rumors regarding the name of the operating system. It was expected that it will be named either in honor of Oreo cookies, or oatmeal cookies (Oatmeal Cookie).
However published the suggests that long-term meditation on the name of the letter “O” crowned version of Orangina. The publication reports that this is a carbonated drink with a citrus flavor and aroma, cooked with orange, lemon and tangerine juice, orange peel and pulp.
At present, it remains unknown the exact release date of the future operating system, but it is expected that the presentation will take place in August this year.
