Known bus company Ecolines, who refused to carry passengers to Bulgaria on visa-free regime, greatly angered the Ukrainians.
The mass of angry comments appeared on the company’s page in Facebook.
“Travelled with you 3 times. It was different: a beautiful flight Vilnius – Riga and problematic Kiev – Warsaw, nevertheless considered you acceptable carrier. But after reading today, I can say only one thing: the FSO with your flight attendants, who “solves everything.” A minimum of 8-10 people (some, incidentally, also in the past used your services) from my inner circle, you as a customer lost forever. You a speedy bankruptcy,” wrote Igor Clear.
“I wanted to go with you to Poland, now I will not, not to spoil your holiday,” said Maria Bespalova.
“You made the visa regime with the EU during bizwise. And we will make you low reputation. Will tell others about the visa “but Th*lines,” wrote Vladislav Yavorsky.
Recall that according to the victim because of the policies of the carrier, the passenger, the company is not going to return the money for the tickets based on what people had themselves decided not to go.
On 26 June, the company Ecolines officially reacted to the scandal and promised not to repeat the cases of non-admission to flight passengers with biometric passports, and the victims – to pay compensation for the trip.
