The tender was won by firm which has contracts already in 264 million.
In Kyiv, military unit 3078 of the national guard on the results of the tender ordered from LLC “Spets-Kom-SERVIS” mobile special concert complex for 4 million hryvnias. This was reported on the website of e-procurement ProZorro.
Until December 10 for various events in the absence of fixed venues will supply mobile concert complex consisting of:
– truck MAZ 4×2 or equivalent with a van body, equipped with heating and ventilation;
– trailer-transformer “scene” unfolded width 5,1 m, length 6.3 m (with acoustic portals – 9.3 m), up to 5 m;
concert, lighting and multimedia equipment (full list attached);
– diesel generator with an extension cord.
Chassis model, and also the prices of the individual components of the complex is not disclosed. The warranty period is a year or 30 thousand kilometers. There is also an advance of 70% for up to three months, and the rest will pay within ten days after delivery.
The winner got the contract without competition. The price of a bargain by 0.03%, or 1 thousand UAH. lower than expected cost of purchase, which was 4 million UAH.
The founders of “Spets-Kom-SERVIS” from Cherry is the Director Sergei Kalush and Michael Policemen. Since 2011, he has won the tender for 264,37 million hryvnia, of which 164,230 million hryvnia – the National guard of Ukraine.
A year ago, the Prosecutor’s office has opened proceedings against the officials of the national guard, which allegedly contributed to the victories of “Spets-Kom-SERVIS” at the auction for the purchase of motor vehicles. Recently, the court allowed the investigators access to information on the accounts of the company.
