Milovanov added that the process of dissolution of Parliament will lead to a crisis in the banking system of Ukraine.
“The world is feeling the global economic crisis. When the crisis occurred, the cost of money for Ukraine will increase significantly. Now we take under 8-10% in dollars, and will be under 30%. Therefore, macroeconomic stability, structural reforms, technocratic government and an IMF program is critical to us,” — said the first Deputy head of the NBU Council.
