The plan for the capture of the Crimea in the active phase was implemented in 2013, said the Minister of justice.
The Minister of justice Pavel Petrenko said names of officials of the aggressor country of Russia, which are involved in the annexation of Crimea. He said this in an interview LIGA.net.
“The information I can disclose at this stage of the investigation, is a list of individuals who during the annexation of the Crimea Peninsula was carried out by agitation of the Ukrainian military personnel to transition to service in the Armed forces of the Russian Federation: A. I. Galkin (commander of the southern military district, Colonel-General), Kulikov V. V. – Deputy commander of the black sea fleet, rear Admiral), Mirnov V. V. – Deputy head of communications centre of the black sea fleet), Ostrikov O. L. – the chief of coastal armies of the black sea fleet in the Crimea, major-General) and a number of other” – said Petrenko.
Answering the question of evidence, the preparation of the seizure of the Crimea in 2013, Petrenko said that they have already been added to the first lawsuit in the ECHR in the annexation of the Peninsula.
“We got them (proof – ed) from intelligence agencies, from the testimony of the witnesses from the defense Ministry. All the evidence suggests that the plan to seize the Crimea in the active phase was implemented in 2013. And it knew Yanukovych. He could not know, as President,” – said Petrenko.
According to him, was the transfer of the Crimea armed forces of the Russian Federation, carried out subversive work with the local authorities.
“A lot of other evidence which I cannot disclose. This refutes the statements of Russia that she stood up for “brotherly Crimean people”, when “Kiev junta” seized power in Ukraine”, – he added.
The Minister of justice said that there are witnesses.
“Witnesses are very different. Soldiers who came from the Crimea, the Crimean Tatars, the civilian population. On an average day we’re talking to two or three people. It is a huge job. We capture the information from them and send it to the ECHR,” – said Petrenko.
