The Ministry of Finance plans to introduce in Ukraine the digital payment transactions recorders (PPO). About it reports a press-service of the Ministry of Finance.
It is planned that this will help to bring out the shadow economy. The introduction of digital recorders will allow you to reduce the cost of business for the purchase of a traditional PPO.
“Business will have the opportunity to use their own computers, tablets, smartphones, or other devices for formation of payment documents and fiscal reporting checks. A working group under the Ministry of Finance has developed a mechanism (the so-called “cashback”), which will encourage the buyer to obtain a receipt for the goods or service. Buyer will have the opportunity to test its electronic copy on the website of check of settlement operations”, – noted in the Ministry of Finance.
In addition, the working group drafted changes to the order of the Ministry of Finance, aimed at liberalizing the registration procedure, RRO. In particular, entrepreneurs will be to submit fewer documents required for registration of the cash register and provide the relevant documents in electronic form.
Also provides for the extension of possibilities of the electronic services SFS when registering PPO. We will remind, the head of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Vladimir Groisman has instructed the Ministry of economic development and trade to facilitate the use by business of cash registers.
Recall that business with sales to 500 thousand were allowed to work without cash registers.
