A soldier, wounded Krivoy Rog journalist Vyacheslav Vovk, illegally acquired weapons, wore and kept him without a goal, according to 1kr.ua with reference to the press service of the Krivoy Rog police Department.
Law enforcement officers seized a firearm equipped with live ammunition. The police said that the suspect had acquired it illegally, carried and stored without statutory permission.
On the given fact in the Unified register of pretrial investigations included information on article 128 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (careless serious or moderate bodily harm) and part 1 of article 263 of the Criminal code (illegal weapon handling, fighting supplies or explosives). Under these articles the suspect is threatened by punishment in the form of imprisonment till 7 years.
He is in isolator of temporary detention.
