“By order of the Russian occupation command Minsk agreements prohibited military equipment to the Russian “military trade”, which was employed during the may 9 parade this year on certain territories of Donetsk and Lugansk regions, aimed at the forefront of formations and units of 1 (Donetsk) and 2 (Lugansk) AK armed forces to carry out further provocative attacks on civilians and units of the ATO forces”, – stated in the message.
