The militants “LNR” disrupted the breeding forces in the Village of Lugansk

Breeding was to be held at plot No. 1 village of the Luhansk.

The separatists LC once again disrupted the breeding of forces and means, which was to be held at plot No. 1 village of the Luhansk. This reports the press center of staff ATO, with reference to the Ukrainian side in the Joint center for control and coordination of ceasefire and stabilization of the demarcation line (SCCC).

“The Ukrainian side of the JCCC once again forced to state that despite revealing the actions of illegal armed groups ORLO, in respect of “readiness” of the diversion of forces and means on the breeding plot No. 1, Village Lugansk, which on April 6 was covered by the mass media of the Russian Federation and the astronomical clock, the rebels actually had a purpose to blame the Ukrainian side in the fulfillment of the Minsk agreements”, – stated in the message.

Given the fact that the regime of complete silence on the No. 1 site were recorded for more than four days, the headquarters of the ATO on April 6 was held a coordination meeting on cultivation of forces and means, which could happen as early as April 9.

Despite this, the evening of 6 April, the LPR with the village located on the Mountain of Prince Igor carried out bombardment of plot breeding forces with heavy machine guns, AGS and small arms.

“This fact testifies to the deliberate and vile disruption by the militants of the withdrawal of forces and means in this area”, – stressed in the SCCC.

It is reported that the Ukrainian side in the position of all parties to all points of the Minsk agreements, including the Framework decision of the Trilateral contact group about the breeding of forces and means, which was signed on 21 September 2016, and faithfully perform all of its obligations.
