Marcy Kaptur believes Okueva a symbol of brave Ukrainian women.
U.S. Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur, in his speech in the House of representatives of the United States Congress honored the memory of the participants of the ATO Amines AquaWay killed near Kiev, and urged the world to work together with Ukraine to resist Russian aggression.
“Amina – one of the many casualties of the Russian invasion of Ukraine and secret attempts to stop the freedom fighters. This list includes Nikolai Andrushchenko, Nikolai Volkov, Denis Boronenkov and many others who gave their lives in the struggle for freedom,” said the American.
Kaptur urged to support Ukraine in its struggle and to help find an accessory to murder.
“I want justice for Amina Okueva and declare solidarity with other freedom fighters in Ukraine,” she said.
The Congresswoman added that the courage of AquaWay symbolizes the extraordinary power of Ukrainian women that hold this country together during a time of great threats.
