The media talked about billion dollar deal between Qatar and al-Qaeda

It is alleged that the money was part of a deal for the release of members of the Royal family.

Qatar paid 1 billion billion international terrorists and Iranian officials to release members of the Royal family and dozens of other people. This writes the Financial Times, citing sources.

In April this year, Doha has sent funds to release the 26 members of the Royal family, who were captured during the hunting in southern Iraq, and another 50 people who had been held by jihadists in Syria.

According to the newspaper, the government of Qatar in total paid about 1 billion billion to a terrorist group associated with “al-Qaeda” (the terrorist group banned in Russia), as well as the security services of Iran.

This transaction, adds the newspaper, raised questions from neighbors of Qatar on the country’s role in the region affected by conflicts and confrontations.
