At the end of the qualifying round for the world Cup formed a part of the divisions of the first draw of the League of Nations – a tournament designed to replace international friendlies.

Four group winners from division “A” in June 2019 will determine the winner of the first draw of the League of Nations. Best teams from division “B” will move into the elite League of Nations.
According to the results of the League of Nations will determine the four participants of the final stage of Euro 2020 among those teams that failed to qualify for the European championship through traditional qualifications.
