Ex-MP, former leader of the Parliament of the so-called “new Russia” Oleg Tsarev said that the employees of Ukrainian special services had allegedly developed a plan to kidnap the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
About this Tsarev said in an interview with the separatist community “reports from the militia of new Russia”.
Former MP referred to the alleged interview of the former head of the investigation Department of the SBU General Vasily Vovk.
