Dmitry Peskov says that Russia is not a party to the conflict in Ukraine.

Possible deliveries of American arms to Ukraine would only delay the resolution of the conflict in the Donbas. This was stated press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov, commenting on the statement by special envoy of the US state Department on Ukraine, Kurt Volker.

“We have repeatedly said that any action that will provoke tensions on the dividing lines and in General to provoke the situation, already difficult, will only alienate us from the moment of resolution of this domestic issue,” Peskov said.

He also called the condition of attracting observers to the demarcation line in the Donbas.
