The mayor of Kiev Vitali Klitschko said that because of the freezing of accounts of the Kiev metro will stop working.
Klitschko told journalists that the court has blocked the account of the Kiev subway, because of the debt of 2 billion UAH to the company “Ukrroslizing”.
He explained that it is the duty according to the agreement signed “by the then city authorities” in 2009.
The company’s account is blocked since March 16. According to the mayor the issue should be resolved by RNBO, otherwise the capital is waiting for traffic jams.
