Production of the new crossover Nissan Kicks was launched in China.
At the facilities of the joint venture Nissan-Dongfeng has begun mass production of the new compact crossover, the Nissan Kicks.
It is noted that the novelty will reach dealerships of China in July this year.
Representatives of the Chinese office of the Japanese brand Nissan announced that the new Nissan Kicks crossover for the local automotive market will be offered with 1.5-liter gasoline engine with a capacity of 124 horsepower, in tandem with which, depending on the configuration will be 6-speed mechanics or CVT X-Tronic.
“SUV” will be offered both in front wheel drive. As previously reported, the new Nissan Kicks for China, developed on the basis of the same chassis, which is based on known in Europe Nissan Juke. This new product for China was somewhat larger than the European variant – the vehicle length is 4 295 mm, width and height exceeds 1 760 and 1 588 mm, respectively, and the wheelbase grew to 2 620 mm.
List of equipment of the Nissan Kicks depending on the embodiment may include the controller lane traffic, adaptive cruise control, emergency braking system and recognition of pedestrians as well as Parking assistant and a modern multimedia center.
