The people’s Deputy from “Blok Petro Poroshenko” Mustafa Nayem said that the international monetary Fund needs to adopt a law on anti-corruption court until 25 January 2018.
About the MP said on his page on Facebook.
“Today, December 21, the President is going to submit to the Verkhovna Rada a draft law on the anti-corruption court. The international monetary Fund has set an informal ultimatum – law first and second reading should be taken until January 25. This is the last deadline, the violation of which threatens to disrupt the next tranche”, – Nayem wrote.
In addition, he said that in the administration of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko believes that the jurisdiction of the anti-corruption court should not be confined to the Affairs of the National anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine.
“Theoretically it is a direct way to ensure that the anti-corruption court will be inundated with cases of the GPU, NPU and security service as all other courts throughout the country,” – said Nayem.
