“The technical problems were resolved, a new full application submission period will begin at noon, Eastern standard time, Wednesday, 18 October 2017 and will run until noon Eastern standard time until Wednesday, November 22, 2017,” the statement reads.
According to the official representative of the Ministry Puja Jhunjunwala, the state Department encourages applicants to “throw” any supporting documents and numbers that relate to applications submitted from 3 to 10 October.
