The GPU refused to call the amount of damage received from the presidency of Yanukovych

These data are the details of pre-trial investigation and shall not be disclosed

General Prosecutor’s office acknowledged an investigation secret and refused to divulge information on the exact amount of damage inflicted on the Ukraine during the performance of Viktor Yanukovych duties of the President.

According to GPU, the amount of damage caused by ex-President Yanukovych and Ukraine, is the information pre-trial investigation, and thus fall under article 222 of the criminal procedure code of Ukraine, and also under the action of two articles, 6 and 8 of the Law “On access to public information” and may not be available to the public.
