The payment of higher pensions is carried out from 11 October.
The government sent an additional 6.4 billion UAH-for increase of pension payments in October 2017. That was said by the Minister of social policy Andrei Reva, speaking in the Verkhovna Rada.
According to him, this is done in connection with adoption of law about increase of pensions in Ukraine from October 3, 2017.
“I want to report that the additional costs in the month of October was aimed at increase of pensions 6 billion 400 million UAH”, – said the Minister.
Reva added that the payment of higher pensions is carried out from October 11, that is, from October 11, every retiree will receive the new pension.
“Those who received a pension from 3 to 11 October, 11 and 12 October, a Supplement. Thus, the government will fully pay off the pensioners before the end of October 2017,” he said.
The Minister stressed that the recipients of pensions under special laws, which it is advisable to go for retirement according to the norms of the adopted law, will receive increased payouts in November.
