The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the new composition of the Supervisory Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine. Prior to this function, the Supervisory Board carried out the Cabinet.
It includes foreigners Clear Spotted (a British citizen), Bruno Liska (France), Amos Hochstein (USA), Steve Heisen (Canada).
The decision the government made on 22 November.
“I suggest that the government of Ukraine today to take a decision on the approval of the new composition of the Supervisory Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine”, – said the Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groisman.
In addition, the Supervisory Board was composed of the Ukrainians Oleksandr Hrytsenko (the Chairman of the Board Ukreximbank), Sergey Popik (Advisor to Prime Minister). Retained his position in the Supervisory Board Volodymyr demchyshyn.
