The General staff announced unexpected version in Kalinovka

The chief of the General staff Viktor Muzhenko believes that the explosions in warehouses in Kalinovka was a diversion, and even reported some enemy satellites over the scene. He told about it in interview to TV channel ZIK.

He listed the signs that may indicate diversion.

“I have a feeling that it is a diversion. There are many signs that say this. For example, damage to the communications system. It was an accident? Possible. As a result, it is possible that a repair work. Damage to the electricity system. The winery was within the hour disconnected from the world, just before the crash. The lack of communication in some law enforcement agencies. I am not going to name which ones, because it is the subject of the investigation. The advent of space vehicles, satellites to events during and after the event,” – said Muzhenko.

We will remind, in the evening, September 26, at the warehouse of artillery arms near the town of Kalynivka in Vinnytsia region there was an emergency. 20 kilometers from Vinnitsa explosions occur in warehouses with ammunition and weapons. As reported in gschs, the city was evacuated 30 thousand people.

In turn, the Cabinet decided to allocate for liquidation of consequences of explosions near Vinnitsa 100 million.

As announced today, the NSDC Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov, the responsibility for a fire in warehouses of ammunition in Kalinovka, Vinnitsa region carries all the vertical leadership of the defence of the country, from the chief of the General staff of the Armed forces of Ukraine.
