“The transport blockade is threatening the process and undermining energy security for millions of people. We call on all parties to find common approaches to solving problems, unblock the railway track and the motorway for the organization of legitimate trade,” the statement says.

Also points to the need to organize uninterrupted operation of energy facilities and modernization of generating capacities and to take measures to ensure energy supplies for a long period.
