“Border Department of the FSB of Russia on the Belgorod and Voronezh regions on October 9 for violating the state border from Ukraine to Russia in the Lugansk area detained the man, who introduced himself to members of the Armed forces of Ukraine”, – stated in the message.
As said the Russian Ministry, border Department of the FSB establishes the circumstances of the alleged violation of the border.
