Smartphone Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 was released in August last year and became one of the most popular in the lineup Xiaomi. The fifth generation of the model was inexplicably delayed, but today information about its hardware filling published benchmark GeekBench.

I’d like to believe that the new Redmi Note 5 will not be weaker than the fourth generation shown in the photo, the disposal of which is CPU MediaTek Helio X20 on 10-core and 8-core Qualcomm 625. Other specs point to a Full HD screen with a diagonal of 5.5 inches, memory for 64 gigabytes, LTE Band 20, which is the fourth revision, and dual camera and NFC for contactless payments.

The release of Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 should take place before the end of November this year. Note that in the history of Xiaomi is at least one case to downgrade the processor in the phablet Mi Max 2 is less powerful CPU compared to Mi Max the first generation, however, the difference between the chips is minimal, plus there is a considerable increase of autonomy. As for the Qualcomm 617, it is quite old processor, and if the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 will receive it, the smartphone is simply no one will buy it because of its backwardness in technical terms.
