The flood in Berlin: the woman went under water with the head

Video footage appeared.

Heavy rain with thunderstorm struck the capital of Germany, triggering a traffic collapse. In Berlin declared a state of emergency.

In some districts has dropped to 100 litres of rain per square meter. Bad weather led to delays and cancellations of flights at airports Tegel and schönefeld.

Rescuers received more than 700 reports of accidents, flooded streets, basements and garages, subway stations and other emergency. The police at some o’clock blocked traffic on a busy autobahn A100 due to the flooded part of the track. Stopped the movement of trains on two subway lines — flooded rail journey.
