The first appearance of the werewolf “Barnhill road”

A few days ago we wrote that the Director Todd sheets raises funds for old-school horror film about werewolves. And today we got the first material from this project: teaser poster and photos. Everywhere somehow there is a key figure in this story — a werewolf.

In addition, we have a review of the Director of the whole matter:

“Barnhill road” — my new film. It is a tribute to the classic films about monsters, such as “the Howling” and “an American werewolf in London”. In some ways it’s a return to movies with which we grew up… to this horror that we all love so much, or in other words, it is a modern horror film that uses old-school techniques, including practical effects to create monsters. No CGI graphics. Our goal is to make an exciting, scary movie with a couple really cool werewolves.
Every cent will go to the monsters. This whole campaign, ALL for the sake of the werewolves. We have a basic budget and plans for distribution, we just need more tools to create our monsters. If we’re lucky, we will get MORE than stated in our company, every cent will be used for operating costs and creating more practical effects. I receive no salary as a Director. EVERY cent will be visible on the screen, so the more money we have, the better. The budget is our low, aimed at the creation of additional materials.

In fact, collects some of the sheets slightly. The minimum amount of the company is $ 2,500, and 76% of it is already in the Bank. If anything, the fundraiser is here. As usual, all sponsors will receive certain favors from the creators of the film. You can even get one of the copies “Barnhill road” on VHS. In short, Todd sheets full pressure on nostalgic feelings.

But let us look at the werewolf from where all the fuss. Well, in the photo, he looks quite fit. Poster could be better riveted, but Oh well. As for the teaser, well, there’s a monster really… old school. Salivating at the fangs is good, but jaw movements resemble the profile of “good night, kids”. Let’s hope that Todd sheets rack up enough dough to make naturally cool volkodlak.

By the way, the theme of confrontation between practical effects and CGI of today we have surfaced.

In short, we will keep you up to date.
