These are the conclusions from the study of the technical cause of the fire, which was signed by the head of the laboratory of gschs of Ukraine in Odessa region, the Lieutenant Colonel of service of civil protection Alexei Pankratov.
“The examination determined that the fire started in the living room, room 4 on the ground floor of the building № 5, in the place where stood the table. In this room lived the artistic Director of the dance ensemble, Adele T. Egorova,” the statement reads.
