To live in this house all year round: here is the cylinder with gas and electricity, and the walls, floor and roof insulated with mineral wool. Victor argues that such a small house an additional heating is not necessary.
“To heat a 16 square meters, a lot of energy because it is not necessary. The air conditioning was not switched off in the fall and is usually configured at 20-22 degrees. It works even when no one is home so that the room cools down, no need to warm it after work.
As regards electricity rates, the figures for a country house funny. In January, they paid 38 rubles (Belarusian. — Approx. ed.) over the past six months — 104 rubles. Of appliances we have refrigerator, induction cooktop, boiler, kettle, hood and computer. Energy saving light bulbs. In fact, electricity is the whole “communal”. For water, we pay nothing, sewage has its own, self-made”.
Ceiling height is 3.8 meters, so the house has turned out to fit four levels.

Victor’s wife Tatiana and son Zachary live in the house three or four days a week and the other days going to the district.
“Of course, I grew up in a large house, are strange. But we do not sit all day in prison. Go to visit, bring the child to Minsk to skate. And in the summer here it’s different. Spend warm evenings on the terrace having dinner there. Near the lake, the place is very picturesque.”

Victor says that they are family in the house quite comfortable.
“Claustrophobia none of us suffers. Yes not so that we have closely, if you understand. In the evening light from the living room to the upper level almost does not penetrate someone can work, and someone to rest. In autumn, the family hopes to move into a new house — on the monitor of Victor opened a sketch of the interior.
