The European Union approved new restrictive measures against North Korea in addition to the sanctions of the UN Security Council on the continuation of the programs of development of nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles.
“Given the continuing threat to international peace and stability from North Korea, the Council adopted a new Autonomous EU measures to further increase pressure on the DPRK so that it fulfilled its obligations”, – says the decision of the EU Council on foreign Affairs adopted on Monday.
