The Council of Europe addressed by Ukrainian law.
The experts of the Council of Europe (COE) welcomed the law “On education”, which previously caused numerous disputes over articles on languages of schooling in Ukraine.
This was announced by permanent representative of Ukraine to the Council of Europe Dmitry Kuleba in his Twitter.
Kuleba noted that the Minister of education of Ukraine Liliya Hrynevych at the meeting with Secretary General of the Council of Europe told the details of this reform. Under article 7 of this law is expected by the Venice Commission.
“The Council of Europe experts praised the Ukrainian education reform. Regarding article 7 waiting for the opinion of the Venetian. Partners need to reduce the degree of rhetoric,” – said Kuleba.
