The Eiffel tower went dim in memory of the dead in Barcelona

The Catalan government announced three days of mourning after the attack

The lights of the Eiffel tower in Paris turned off for an hour in memory of the victims of the terrorist attack in the Spanish city of Barcelona.

The Catalan government announced three days of mourning after the attack. The mayor of Barcelona announced a minute of silence in the city on 18 August in memory of the victims.
