Dark adaptation of the comic “the Terrible adventures of Sabrina” (“The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina”) originally developed the cable channel The CW, and a new story about the little witch was supposed to be a companion to the popular show “Riverdale”, also based on the comic book publisher Archie Comics. However, today it became known that the draft was replaced by “place of residence” – now it’s run by Netflix, made the order on season of 10 one-hour episodes.
The original comic, not so long ago appeared on sale on the Russian language, tells about a young Sabrina, who lives with her two aunts-witches, you have to go through the satanic rite of passage. The creators of the series describe his idea, noting the strong influence of “rosemary’s Baby” and “the Exorcist”. Producer and screenwriter will be Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, the creative head of Archie Comics. At least, since it took Netflix, you won’t have to look forward to the new series – we traditionally get from a full season.
