The head of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker allegedly came to the summit in Geneva in a condition of alcoholic intoxication.
According to the British tabloid, the summit on the settlement of the Cyprus problem, Juncker casually talked with his assistants, and constantly ran into people and furniture.
“Juncker was weird… it Was clear that he was then well enough,” said the newspaper’s source.
Recall that Juncker is not the first time suspect in the abuse of alcohol. In the spring of 2015, there was a scandal when the head of the European Commission “in a cheerful mood” shouted the Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orban “a Dictator is,” and then clapped his hand over his face.
