In the Russian city of Orel struck the wall of a four-storey building. On the given fact criminal case under article negligence.
This was reported by the investigative Committee of the Russian Federation on region.
On Tuesday, August 29, around 7: 45 GMT and the eagle collapsed wall of a four-storey residential building on quay Dubrovinsky, 68. The house recognised as emergency and partially settled.
At the time of the incident the building was occupied by eight people, no one was hurt.
On this fact criminal case on signs of structure of the crime provided by part 1 of article 293 of the RF criminal code (negligence). The sanction of this article provides for up to three months of arrest.
According to investigators, in the house of 36 apartments, which was 60 people, evacuated 45 people from 31 apartment.
As a result of collapse affected six apartments in the first and second entrances. The scene cordoned off and guarded by police officers.
