Samoilenko advises to eat more vegetables, greens, berries, fruit, sour-milk products. And at the same time to avoid meat, fried, fatty and smoked products.
You should eat small portions 4-5 times a day, and must adhere to the correct drinking regime.
“Drink at least 2 – 2.5 litres of water per day. In the first half of the day to prevent swelling,” said the doctor.
