The incident occurred in the city of monay, June 10, at about 23:00 in the morning. A press-service GU of the national police in the region reported that the attacker opened fire on his assailant and made a control shot in his head.
Law enforcement agencies reported the medic’s ambulance, who said that they received 21-year-old man with a wound to the head.
Police found that between men there was a verbal altercation, after which one pulled out a subject similar to the device for shooting of cartridges with rubber bullets and shot the other side.
Now the malefactor is under investigation. Against him was initiated criminal proceedings on the fact of assassination attempt on the life of a man, and premeditated murder.
