The detained militants “DND”, escaped from the terrorists

Ukrainian detainee threatened with a prison term up to 8 years.

In Slavyansk, Donetsk region militiamen detained militants “DNR”. This was reported by the press service of the police of the region on its official website.

After collecting evidence, the police arrested the attacker. “On this fact opened criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 260 of “the Creation of extralegal armed formations or participation in their activities” of the Criminal code of Ukraine”, – told the police.

The sanction of article prescribes punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term from 3 to 8 years.
