The resigned Deputy Minister of justice Andrew Wisniewski accuses the Ministry of justice in imitation of reforms.
He stated this in an interview.
“My decision (to resign) is based more on rational, rather than emotional motives. I’m not ready to be involved in the simulation of reforms that camouflage the business interests of certain individuals and political groups,” said Wisniewski.
He said that it has sufficient experience and knowledge to engage in effective management of public policy.
In addition, Wisniewski has called a farce the competition for the position of Director of the coordination center on provision of free legal aid.
“The indignation of the people is the fact that a Commission consisting of 8 members, 5 of whom are employees of the Ministry of justice, in terms of the apparent conflict of interest, without any criteria, and professional selection tools, chosen by the candidate, the incumbent Deputy Minister Paul Claus… Not a competition, but a cynical farce!” said Wisnewski.
According to him, the Ministry of justice also dishonestly entered against the representatives of the professional community – their voices in the competition was blocked from using the administrative resource.
