The deputies supported the idea of deprivation of driver’s licenses of those who willfully evades the payment of alimony
The Verkhovna Rada in the first reading has voted for new penalties for delinquent child support. The document contains a number of restrictions for those who evades from payment more than six months. The Minister of justice Pavel Petrenko said that these innovations will help to protect children’s rights.
In addition to the deprivation of rights for driving also debtors will not be allowed to use weapons and to hunt. The man who does not pay alimony, will not be able to travel abroad until full repayment of the debt. And for leaving the child does not require the permission from the irresponsible parent.
According to a new document, the citizens who do not pay alimony, will be brought to free socially useful works. And payment for this work will be used to repay debt to the child. Application to the court on the issues of alimony will now be available for free.
