In a network there was video on which the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko leaves the territory of the National historical memorial reserve “bykivnya graves” with the sound of people screaming after him, “Shame!”.
The Ukrainian leader arrived to the memorial complex in Bykivnia, near Kiev, to mark the Day of memory of victims of political repressions, which is celebrated in the country every year on may 21, reports “gromadske radio”.
He also delivered a speech during which he stated that “every cell feels cannibalistic similarity of the Nazi and Stalinist regimes.”
But when Poroshenko was about to leave, he was surrounded by a few dozen people, who began to ask him questions. Citizens asked the Ukrainian leader, why “in the poorest state of Europe is so rich President.”
They also demanded from him to “hold judges that they should not steal”. Poroshenko did not answer these questions and left the reserve with his wife.
The men shouted after him, “Shame!” “Liar!” and “resign!”
