More terrifying anthologies on TV and in the movies, more!.. On account of the Director Mick Garris about three dozen projects, including “critters 2,” “Psycho 4”, “Lunatics”, “Highway”, “Riding the bullet”, the mini-series “the Shining”, “Conflict”, “Hopelessness” and “Bag of bones”. But the main thing is that Garris has designed and implemented in 2005 a great show-the anthology “Masters of horror” (Masters of Horror), and then her last – – “Fear itself” (Fear Itself). Great news: Mika in the development of a new project!
In a recent interview, Garris stated the following:
I’m working on a film-anthology, which will be assembled together soon. Right now it’s still a secret, but we are deeply immersed in it and doing something that, I think, will give lots and lots of happiness to the fans of a genre film, which I include here.
Alas, more Director no details are revealed (“secret” well, for Christ’s sake). However, if everything is as he says, the news will not take long to wait.
Personally, I appreciate Mick Garris as a Director is low. With rare exception, I don’t like ANY shot the film. Moreover, in the book anthology “Taste of horror” happened to read a story by Garris and the work was as dull and devoid of rhythm, like most of his directorial works. But as the organizer of the admirable Garris “Masters of horror” (and “Fear itself”, although this series is weaker) was a miracle as well.
