He is charged with article 121 of the criminal code – grievous bodily harm resulting in death.
Oktyabrsky district court of Poltava, on 21 September elected a measure of restraint to the Deputy of the Myrgorod city Council of Khachatur Khachatryan, who is suspected of participation in death of colleagues on the city Council.
All three are charged with robbery (part 4 of article 187 of the criminal code) and grievous bodily harm resulting in death of the victim (part 2 of article 121 of the criminal code).
During the trial it was also found that Khachatryan does not speak the Ukrainian language. For it called for an interpreter from Poltava University of Economics and trade.
We will remind, the Deputy from Mirgorod Oleg Suprunenko was severely beaten on July 12 around 5:00 am in Mirgorod on the street Arkowski. According to the “Freedom” party, which he represented on the city Council member was attacked by unknown persons in masks and inflicted severe injuries: serious head injuries and multiple fractures, after which left the victim unconscious on the roadside.
Then Suprunenko 26 days was in intensive care. He died 7 Aug 26 field days of the struggle for life.
