The court refused to arrest the property.

We are talking about arrest of apartments and cars.

Solomensky district court of Kiev refused to arrest the property of the former Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Mykola Martynenko.

This was reported by his lawyer Petro Boyko.

“Arrest the court refused, however, SAP has already appealed against this decision,” he said.

According to him, it was a question about arrest of apartments and cars Martynenko.

Recall that Martynenko was detained April 20. It was reported about suspicion in the organization of the scheme for the withdrawal of 17.2 million dollars from the state enterprise “Eastern mining-processing combine”.

In the remand in the first instance a Specialized anti-corruption prosecutors asked the court to arrest Martynenko two months with the possibility of release on bail of 300 million hryvnia. However, the Solomensky district court of Kiev decided to release former MP on bail. SAP appealed this decision.

In addition, SAP intends to initiate the arrest of the entire property Martynenko, as foreseen by the article on which he is suspected.
