The Solomensky court of Kiev refused suspended the head of the State fiscal service (GFS) Novel Nasirova to review the measure. It is reported RBC-Ukraine, citing a source in law enforcement bodies.

“He addressed a petition to change the measure of restraint for the purpose of travel outside Ukraine for treatment and, accordingly, the return of the security Deposit. The court refused to change the measure of restraint”, – said the source.
