The district administrative court of Kiev examined the case on the claim of people’s Deputy Sergey Vlasenko.
The district administrative court of Kyiv has recognized illegal actions of the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Andrew Parubiy on the provision on the representative of the President of Ukraine Iryna Lutsenko at the meetings of the conciliation Council of parliamentary factions.
This was reported by the press service of the court on Friday, may 10.
“District administrative court of Kiev, having considered in judicial session case under the claim of people’s Deputy Serhiy Vlasenko to the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine recognized illegal actions of the speaker of Parliament to provide the President’s representative to speak at the meetings of the conciliatory Council of Deputy factions (Deputy groups) in the period from February 5, 2018 to April 8, 2019”, – stated in the message.
It is noted that the reason for the decision by the court for this decision was that according to the law of Ukraine On the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine does not provide for meetings of the conciliation Council to speak to the representative of the President.
It is also reported that in satisfaction of the remaining claims was denied.
