The court ordered the PGO to open a case against the “Fatherland”

The basis of the court’s decision was a complaint by the journalists for material breach in the party report of the political forces.

Pechersk district court of Kyiv ordered the Prosecutor General to open a case against the Fatherland because of the set journalists inaccuracies in the financial statement of the party.

The proceedings opened on the fact of actions of officials of the party “entering by the official into official documents of false information, as well as drawing up and issuing knowingly false documents.”

As journalists, in party Finance of the discrepancy between reporting and actual contributions from donors political forces, including retirees.
