Solomenskiy district court of Kyiv extended until October 17 the validity of the procedural obligations imposed on the people’s Deputy from “popular front” Maxim Polyakov previous court order.
The decision was taken today during consideration of the relevant application of Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office.
“To extend the obligations imposed on the suspect Polyakov for two months, until 17 October,” said an investigating judge.
Thus, the court partially granted the motion of SAP.
